The Reserve Fund captures the delta between realized strategy yield and APY paid to syzUSD, absorbing excess or shortfall to stabilize backing.

Primary uses include:

• covering operational expenses;

• paying smart contract insurance premiums;

• providing additional incentives to yzPP, and

• absorbing unforeseen losses (exploits, contract vulnerabilities, systemic events) within defined limits.
